3. If OK, remove the probe panel bottom cover.

Rail Harness connection at the

If OK, replace the SpO

Rail Harness with a known
good one from the Probe Panel Interface Board to
the SpO

Defective E-Base 1.
Plug spare line cord directly into E-Base AC inlet.
- Green light ON indicates power to the E-Base.
- Test movement using foot switch pedals.

If no movement: remove E-Base shroud; verify
connectors from the foot switch pedals are
properly seated and connected.

If harness connections are OK and no movement
from petals on either side, then replace E-Base.
No power to E-Base 4.
With warmer powered, check for green light on
column (located next to AC inlet connector).
If not lit, continue.
5.
Check settings in User Menu. If the E-Base is
disabled and user is unable to enable, check the
Service Mode to ensure elevating base is enabled.
Change to enable and save settings.
6.
If enabled and there is still no power, verify that
the E-Base power cord is connected properly to
EHBase AC inlet.
