Anchoring to a scaffold
If the hoist is erected against scaffolding it must be anchored to the
building.
It can also be anchored directly to the scaffolding if the scaffolding
has been designed for the additional load (see anchoring forces).
• Install the rail bracket (1) into the ladder section as described and
fully tighten.
− Select the height such that the fastening tube is set beneath the
decking.
Using the scaffold clamps of the rail bracket, release the attachment
tube (2) and install to the vertical scaffold post and anchor to the
wall using the scaffold couplings (5).
Align the ladder track (6) vertically and tighten the scaffold couplers
on the rail bracket (1).
The distance between the ladder track and the vertical scaffold
post must be approx. 0.35 m, anchoring forces refer to
Chapter 3.5.1
