Check safety gear for damage
If any damage is identified on the safety gear, it must be immediately
replaced. Machine operation is prohibited until it is repaired.
Repairs to the safety gear must only be carried out by
the manufacturer.
Turn the main switch to the “0” position.
Secure against switching on.
Check
Check the brake pads for damage.
Check the flyweights for ease of movement.
Condition of welded seams.
Condition of springs.
Corrosion / deformation.
