If the backup gas cylinder pressure decreases
to 5.0 bar or lower, the gas supply pressure
alarm re-appears.
If the central gas supply for the missing gas
is restored, ventilation using the central gas
supply is resumed. N

pressure information is removed from the
message area. Close the backup gas cylinder
valve.
The backup gas supply cylinders shall be
turned off when not in use to avoid risk of
emptying the bottles.

The backup gas rack, gas hoses and cable
are permanently attached to the system, and
shall only be removed by a service technician
trained and authorized by MAQUET.
The gas backup cylinders should be turned
off at all times except during use or during the
System checkout procedure.
The system may also be equipped with a
backup gas trolley of similar capacity to that
of the backup gas rack. The detachable
backup gas trolley has wheels for transport
to- and from storage.
