15 Troubleshooting
15.1 General
15.1.1 Introduction
This chapter describes the most common problems and describes how to remedy them. If you
have difficulties in day-to-day work, check the common error messages in the next chapters. In
case the malfunction can not be found there, please contact us. You should have the following
information ready when you call:
• Model Number
• Serial Number
• Software version and options installed.
Measurement data and / or print screen will be of tremendous help for locating and solving
problems.
