For upgrading through gNOI, use python gnoi_client.py upgrade <url>. See the example
below.
1. Create the gnoi_client.py file and copy in the contents from the section "Contents of file
gnoi_client.py" below.
2. Then run python gnoi_client.py upgrade <url>.
