3. Detatch the SFP+ transceivers from the SFP+ ports on the Pebble-2 module and stow them
temporarily in the fiber tray.
4. Loosen the four mounting screws using a medium flat-blade screwdriver.
5. Remove the Pebble-2 module from the lid motherboard.
6. Use the guide pins to align the replacement Pebble-2 module connector with its mate connector on the
lid motherboard.
7. Firmly push the module down into the lid motherboard module slot 1connector.
8. Secure the replacement Pebble-2 module with the four mounting screws using a medium flat-blade
screwdriver.
9. Re-connect the HD-AFI cables from the RF tray to the Pebble-2 HD-AFI connectors.
10.Plug the SFP+ transceivers back into the SFP+ ports on the Pebble-2 module.
11.If no additional installation procedures are needed, close the Ripple-2 housing adhering to the Closing
the Ripple-2 Node housing procedure.
12.If power to the node was previously disconnected, restore power.
Replacing a Jetty-1 module
Perform the following steps to replace a Jetty-1 module.
1. Detach all the node lid bolts with a torque wrench and open the lid to expose the module slots.
