11.Close the fiber tray.
If required, adjust the motion resistance of the fiber tray using the friction tightening screw located on
the hinge.
Mounting the Ripple-2 Node housing
There are several methods of mounting the Ripple-2 node, including:
• Flush on a messenger-cable
• On a messenger-cable with extended brackets
• On a pedestal
The Ripple-2 node is delivered with messenger-cable clamps and bolts mounted as shown below. In all
these mounting methods the operator is required to either loosen, or completely remove and re-deploy
the messenger-cable clamps and bolts.
