Upgrading Pebble-2 module software
Pebble-2 module software is upgraded remotely from the CableOS Core server using CLI.
This procedure assumes that the Pebble-2 module is online and can communicate with the CableOS
Core server.
If the Pebble-2 is not online and if, for any reason, you must perform the upgrade, contact Harmonic
technical support.
Before you begin
The device that stores the Pebble-2 module software prior to software installation must be reachable over
the IP network from the Pebble-2 module.
The device that stores the Pebble-2 module software prior to software installation must support HTTP (80
port only), SCP or FTP protocols.
1. Run this command to display available Pebble-2 modules and to verify that it/they are online :
admin@CableOS> show cable rpd
Example:
Pebble-2 information is displayed, as shown in this example:

2. Download the software image, from the location provided by your Harmonic representative, to any
device in your network that can be reached over the IP network from the Pebble-2 module.
