Steps
1.
Go to System → System Service → System Service .
2.
Check Enable ISAPI.
3.
Click Apply.
4.
Restart the device to take eect the sengs.
12.9.6 HTTP Authencaon
If you need to enable the HTTP service, you can set HTTP authencaon to enhance access
security.
Steps
1.
Go to Maintenance → System Service → System Service .

Check Enable HTTP.
3.
Select HTTP
Authencaon Type.
Note
Two authencaon types are selectable, for security reasons, it is recommended to select digest
as the authencaon type.
4.
Click Apply to save the sengs.
5.
Restart the device to take eect the sengs.
12.9.7 HTTP/Web Digest Algorithm
HTTP/Web digest algorithm is based on HTTP protocol, it is an algorithm for digest authencaon
of the user authencaon. You can congure HTTP/web digest algorithm via web browser.
Go to Conguraon → System → Security → Authencaon via web browser to select the
required digest algorithm type.
12.9.8 Picture URL Digest
Authencaon
When using HTTP protocol to download the pictures which are uploaded by SDK, picture URL
digest authencaon controls whether the picture download process requires digest
authencaon or not. You can congure picture URL digest authencaon via web browser.
Go to
Conguraon → System → Security → Security Service via web browser to enable/disable
picture URL digest authencaon.
