6.2.3 Audio Excepon Detecon
Audio excepon detecon detects abnormal sounds in the surveillance scene, such as a sudden
increase/decrease in sound intensity.
Steps
1.
Go to System → Event → Smart Event .
2.
Click Audio

Select a camera to congure.
4.
Oponal: Check Save VCA Picture to save the captured audio excepon detecon pictures.
5.
Set the detecon rules:
1) Select
Excepon Detecon.
2) Check Audio Loss Excepon,Sudden Increase of Sound Intensity Detecon,and/or Sudden
Decrease of Sound Intensity
Detecon.
Audio Loss Excepon
Detects a steep sound rise in the surveillance scene. You can set the detecon sensivity
and threshold for steep sound rise by conguring its Sensivity and Sound Intensity
Threshold
Sensivity
The smaller the value, the more severe the change must be to trigger the detecon. Range
[1-100].
