8.2 Controlling Integration with External Signals

Required items: 9683 Connection Cable and external device that will be used to control the instrument
Connect the cable to the SYNC IN terminal on the right side of the instrument. The end of the cable with
the ferrite clamp is the IN end.
External control signals are detected at the intervals shown in the timing charts below.
This signal controls when integration starts and stops.
It has the same effect as pressing the START/STOP key on the instrument’s control panel.
