Key-lock can be canceled only when [UNLOCK] is displayed.
If key operations are disabled by the KEY_LOCK
signal, de-assert (High) the signal to unlock the
keys.
Re-Enabling Key Operations (Key-Lock Cancel)
Press and hold F1 [UNLOCK] for one second.
