Configure the interface on the System screen.
External command operation is undetermined when the Printer is selected as the interface type. In
this case, commands should not be sent.
Make these instrument settings.
Configure the controller (PC or PLC).

Open the System screen.

Select the interface type.

Select the interface transfer rate.

Return to the Measurement screen.
The Basic Settings screen appears.

Return to the setting screen.
Save setting and return to
previous screen.
Discard setting and return to

Be sure to make set up the controller as shown below.

• Transfer rate: 9600bps/ 19200bps/ 38400bps
(set to match the instrument setting)
• Stop bit: 1
• Data length: 8
• Parity check: None
