1.9 How to Contact Technical Support
If you have a question or encounter a problem, please do the following before contacting technical support:
• Check all wiring connections.
• Determine that the power supply and/or backup battery are supplying proper voltages.
• Verify your programming information where applicable.
• Note the proper model number of this product, and the version level (if known) along with any
documentation that came with the product.
