Troubleshooting
500A Illegal response error
1. Replace Processor/Memory card.
2. Contact the response center.
500B Bus timeout error
1. Replace Processor/Memory card.
2. Contact the response center.
500D HSC watchdog timer error
1. This error shows up as a hex code on the
LCD or the AP code dump. It will not
occur in a PIM dump.
2. Replace system/Core I/O card.
3. Replace HSC cards.
4. Replace Processor/Memory card.
5. Contact the response center.
5100 Unknown error
1. Replace Processor/Memory card.
2. Contact the response center.
5102 Path error
1. See other error codes shown on HPMC
information display. (Refer to Figure 3-3

5104 Parity error
