94  Exchanging Messages
Viewing and replying to email messages
1. Press HOME, then tap , and then tap Mail.
2. On the email account Inbox, tap the email you want to view.
Tip  Tap   on the upper-right corner to switch to a different email account.
3. Tap Reply or Reply all to reply to the email. 
For an Exchange ActiveSync account, you can mark an email. To mark an email, 
while viewing an email, tap the white flag (   ) on the upper-right corner of the 
screen. The flag turns red (   ) when you mark the message.
Managing email messages
To filter the inbox
Tap a tab at the bottom of the screen to filter the inbox by individual email 
messages, conversations, or email messages with attachments. 
Conversations
Displays email messages 
as conversations. Email 
correspondence are 
grouped according to the 
subject line. Tap an email to 
show the email messages 
in a conversation.
Marked (Exchange
ActiveSync only)
Displays all flagged 
email messages.
Inbox
Displays email messages 
as individual items.
Attachments
Displays all email messages 
that have attachments.
Number of unread 
email messages
Marked (Exchange 
ActiveSync only) email
