To close the door, rotate the lock handle vertically downwards. If the door cannot
be opened or closed properly, check the following items:
● Whether cables are connected correctly
● Whether the toggle switch is set properly

5.3.10 Event Notication
You can set alarm notication by email or SMS as required. Information about a
maximum of 20 users who will receive alarm notication can be displayed.
Prerequisites
To implement alarm notication by SMS, the following conditions must be met:
● The ECC800-Pro is
congured with a 4G module and supports standard SIM
card access.
● The ECC800-Pro is connected to a network with an email server through a
WAN port. Both the Internet and local area network (LAN) are supported.
