6 System Operation and Maintenance
6.1 Indoor Unit Maintenance Items
This chapter describes periodic maintenance items for the indoor unit. You should record the
maintenance results in the following tables.
Only qualified professional personnel are allowed to maintain the device. Remove the key and
give it to the specialist person to keep after maintaining.
Table 6-1 Monthly maintenance items

Clean the filters.
Check that the filters are not damaged or
distorted.
Check that the insulation cottons on the
pipes are intact and no condensate water
around.
Check that the water pan is not eroded and
no foreign matter exists.
Check the operating status of the float.
Check the operating status of the water
pump.
Check that the water sensor is not loose and
no internal water in the water pan.
Check that the discharge valve is not
leaking.
Check that the drainpipes are fastened well
