3.1.2 System Architecture
This section describes the system architecture.
The NE40E-X8 adopts a system architecture shown in Figure 3-2. In this architecture, the
data plane, management and control plane, and monitoring plane are separated. This design
helps to improve system reliability and facilitates upgrading of each plane separately.
