How to fix Intel Motherboard power light not working?

If the Intel Motherboard power light isn't lighting up, first, ensure you've pressed the power-on button and that the server AC power cord is securely plugged into the power supply. Try removing all add-in cards to see if the system boots. If it does, add the cards back one at a time, rebooting after each. Also, confirm the memory DIMMs meet system requirements. Reseat the memory DIMMs and check that chassis standoffs are correctly placed to avoid shorts.
