46 ED40 Decode Board Integration Guide
• When a "word" (2 bytes) or a "long" (4 bytes) is transmitted, the most
significant byte must be sent first.
• The firmware file (*.raw or *.bin) is provided by Intermec (contact your
Intermec representative).
• Do not download the header of a *.bin firmware file.
• Addresses for reading and writing in flash memory must be even.
Note: There is no error management in the Firmware Download Protocol.
