Danger when changing direction during travel
Changing direction during travel can result in the truck travelling too quickly in the
opposite direction if the operator does not take his foot of the accelerator pedal in
time. Changing direction during travel causes the truck to decelerate sharply.

When the truck starts to move in the opposite direction, only depress the
accelerator pedal lightly or not at all.

Do not make any abrupt steering movements.

Look in the direction of travel.

Have an adequate overview of the route to be travelled.
