4.8 Conditions of use

Operation under extreme conditions
Operating the industrial truck under extreme conditions can lead to malfunctions and
accidents.
u
Special equipment and authorisation are required if the truck is to be constantly
used in extreme conditions, especially in dusty or corrosive atmospheres.
u
It is forbidden to operate the truck in areas where there is a risk of explosion.
u
It is forbidden to operate the truck near the unprotected active components of
electrical equipment.
Ambient temperature
– operating at 5°C to 40°C

Special equipment and authorisation are required if the truck is to be used
continually in conditions of extreme temperature or condensing air humidity
fluctuations.
The industrial truck may only be operated in a closed rooms with a maximum air
humidity of 95% (non-condensing).
It is not permitted to operate the industrial truck in cold stores.
