SAFETY SUMMARY
Kidde IGS uses pressurized equipment; therefore, personnel responsible for fire suppression systems must
be aware of the dangers associated with the improper handling, installation or maintenance of this
equipment.
Fire suppression system service personnel must be trained in the proper handling, installation and service
of Kidde IGS equipment and follow the instructions used in this manual and in the Safety Bulletin and
cylinder nameplate.
Kidde has provided warnings and cautions at appropriate locations throughout the text of this manual.
These warnings and cautions are to be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so may result in serious injury
to personnel.
