Warning!
If the robot is to be moved into its transport position, it must be fastened to the
floor or to the hinged steel base.
For this purpose, the hinged steel base must be swiveled from the 90˚ position
to the 0˚ position and then locked.
(5) Move robot into its transport position.
Warning!
Turn the main switch on the robot control cabinet to “OFF” and secure it with a
padlock to prevent unauthorized persons from switching it on again.
(6) If the arm cannot be moved into its transport position, it must be suitably secured, using
lifting tackle, for example.
Caution!
The arm must not be able to move either during or after removal of main axis
motor unit A3.
(7) Release and unplug connectors XM3 (2) and XP3 (1).
