(2) Raise the manipulator with lifting tackle attached to three eyebolts on the rotating col-
umn.
Caution!
For reasons of safety, it is imperative for the lifting tackle to be attached to the
manipulator at the specified points. Risk of injury!
(3) Lower the manipulator (Fig. 67/2) vertically onto the horizontally (0°) positioned hinged
steel base (5). If lifting tackle is used, particular care must be taken to ensure exact verti-
cal positioning in order to avoid damaging the locating pins during this operation.
Notice!
As the manipulator is lowered, the boreholes (3) must be aligned as accurately
as possible with the two locating pins (4). If this operation is carried out inaccu-
rately, it is more likely that parts will be damaged.

(4) Insert three M20x55 ISO 4017 hexagon bolts (1) together with lock washers and tighten
them with a torque wrench in diagonally opposite sequence, increasing the tightening
torque M
A
to the specified value in several stages (M
A
= 370 Nm).
(5) Retighten the three M20x55 ISO 4017 hexagon bolts (1) after 100 hours of operation.
(6) Remove the lifting tackle.
(7) Move the hinged steel base from 0° to 90° position (Fig. 68, right) and lock it.
