Configure the E-mail function.
1 From the [Use File Settings] menu, click [E-mail].
2 Configure the settings in " S/MIME Settings" as necessary.

Link the E-mail address with S/MIME certificates
1 From the [Document Box] menu, click [Management Settings].
2 Click the contact's [Number] or [Name] you want to edit.
3 Click [Address Book] in " S/MIME Certificate".
4 Click [Import] on the required certificate to register it, and then click [Submit].
5 Click [OK].
Duplex (2-sided Original)
Select the type and orientation of the binding based on the original.

1-sided ― Disables the function.
2-sided ― Select the [OK] key to scan the original with the default
setting. For the default settings, refer to the following:

Orig. Binding Left/Right, Top Select [Detail] to display the [Orig. Binding] screen.
Select the binding direction of originals, and select the
[OK] key.
