Document cover assembly removal
1. Remove the document input tray. See “Document input tray removal” on page 4-3.
2. Unplug the two cables (A) from the back of the flatbed scanner.
3. Open the document cover assembly.
4. Place a hand at the top of the lid, and lift the document cover assembly until it catches on the bottom tabs.
