Paper stop removal
1. Raise the paper stop (A).
2. Gently use a screwdriver to release the pins holding the paper stop in place.
Pick pad removal
After scanning approximately 40,000 pages through the ADF, the pick roll pad may be worn and you may
experience problems with document feeding. In this case, replace the pick roll pad.
To remove the pick roll pad:
1. Press the lever and open the ADF outer cover.
2. Rotate upwards, and pull out the pick roll pad.
Note: Inspect the feed roller, and clean as necessary.
