Rhythm Plus Orchestration
For example, to play a Cm ( C Minor) chord, you need to play a C note and the E FLAT note to the right of
the C note. Be sure to press both keys down at the same time.
SEVENTH CHORD: (C7, D7, B
b
7, etc.) Any Seventh chord can be played with the traditional four notes OR
two notes. An easy-play (MCS) Seventh chord requires two notes. The first note matches the letter name of
the desired chord (like a Major chord). To determine the second note, count DOWN (to the left) two con-
secutive notes or keys.
BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE BLACK KEYS WHEN WHEN COUNTING DOWN AND DO NOT COUNT
THE NOTE YOU
ARE STARTING ON.
For example, to play a C7 chord, you need to play a C note and the B flat note to the left of that C note. Be
sure to press both at the same time.
