The connection between the PC and the system is established automatically when the
system software is started. If the system is not recognized, connect the system
manually to the PC.
Connecting the system to the PC manually (if necessary)
1. Click on Machining > Connect...
The following message is displayed:

2. Click into the drop-down list Machine type and select your powered system.
3. Click on [Connect].
The connection to the system is established. The individual connection steps are
displayed in the following message:

If the last tool status is unknown, you are prompted to put down the tool possibly
being in the collet into the corresponding tool holder. This happens whenever the
machine or the software has not been shut down properly.
Once the system has been recognized and its data have been transmitted, the
user interface of CircuitPro PM is displayed.
The PC has been connected to the system.
