8.10 Manual Contamination Prevention Accessories
The contamination prevention accessories allow the user to operate the CPC6050 in contamination
prone areas. These accessories prevent contaminants like oil or dirt from entering into the instrument.
These lters, when connected to the Measure/Control Port at the rear of the instrument, prevent any
liquids to enter the controller when the direction of pressure ow is from device under test (DUT) to the
controller or when the device under test is vented.
8.10.1 Coalescing Filter (CPX-A-C5-9)
The coalescing lter is connected between the device under test and the Measure/ Control port. It has a
99.7% coelescing grade eciency and clears contaminants up to 0.01 microns.
