Communications Card Description ZB4-604-IF1, PROFIBUS-DP 5-14
Moeller 07/01 AWB-C2700-1347GB
8.1 Allen Bradley
Use profile number 3 and module number 2 for connections to Allen Bradley components.
8.2 Moeller PS416-NET-440
Use profile driver number 2 for connections to the PS416-NET-440. This profile driver is automatically
selected and can no longer be changed if Moeller PS416 PROFIBUS-DP was selected in Galileo.
The connection to Moeller PLCs is described in detail in the manual AWB-C2700-1349GB.
NOTES
The station number of the ZB4-604-IF1 must be between 0 and 126 (or HSA). Address 126 must only,
however, be used only for commissioning since the standard stipulates that the exchange of user data is not
permitted with this address. Ensure also that each station in the PROFIBUS network is assigned a unique
number (no double allocation)
Always check with the PG under "Accessible Nodes" which station numbers are already assigned.
Information and error messages are generated by the ZB4-604-IF1 after every data transfer. These are only
indicated in the MMI in the event of a change (error after Ready) or if the error is continuous.
8.3 Siemens S5/S7
Use profile number 3 and module number 2 for connections to the Siemens S5/S7 unit.
8.4 IEC 1131
Use profile number 3 and module number 1 for connections to an IEC 1131 – PLC.
