3.1 ZB4-601/609-IF1
The firmware is stored on a retentive flash memory for standard or alternative drivers.
When delivered the following drivers are loaded:
• ZB4-601-IF1 drivers for Moeller PLCs (PS40.BIN)
• ZB4-609-IF1 driver for Siemens MPI (MPI.BIN)
The drivers can be updated at any time in a Touch Operator Panel (see online documentation Galileo,
chapter “Galileo Runtime System”, section “Comboard Loader”).
J6 – PRG RUN
“RUN” position activates the
appropriate drivers according to the
setting on J7.
“PRG” position allows new drivers to
be loaded (see online documentation
Galileo, Section GRS).
The setting of J7 does not have any
effect in PRG mode.
J7 – STD ALT
When set to “STD” all MPB.BIN drivers
will be loaded..
Set to “ALT” in order to load the other
drivers (see Driver list on page 3-11).
The currently loaded drivers or their
versions are displayed in the system
masks of the Touch Operator Panel.




