When a mailbox user completely listens to a new message and then exits their mailbox, IntraMail will
either automatically save or erase the message.

Step 1 Set the Message Backup/Go Ahead Time.

- This interval sets how far IntraMail backs up (1-60 seconds) when a mailbox user dials

while recording or listening to their messages.
- This interval also sets how far IntraMail jumps ahead (1-60 seconds) when a user dials

while listening to messages.
✔By default, this interval is 5 seconds.
