No Routing
(N) [Entered by pressing LK1]
Use the N option when you want no Automated Attendant routing to automatically occur. This can be used
with the LOGON action when you want to prompt the caller to enter a mailbox number. To do this for the #
key (for example), for the # key enter LOGON for the Action and N for the corresponding Number. When the
caller dials #, they hear, “Please enter the mailbox number. Or, to exit, press the pound key.”

Pause
(P) [Entered by pressing LK4]
Use the P option when you want the Automated Attendant to pause while dialing.
■ To set the duration of the pause, use 81-01-16: Pause Time. The default for the pause is 75s mS.
