Programming
Step 1 Set up the Announcement Mailbox.
1.1 47-07-01: Routing Mailbox Active on page 217.
- Enable the Routing Mailbox you want to use as an Announcement Mailbox.
✔By default, Routing Mailboxes 1-16 are enabled (1).
1.2 47-07-02: Routing Mailbox Type on page 217.
- Enter 2 to make the Routing Mailbox an Announcement Mailbox.
✔By default, Routing Mailboxes 1-8 are Call Routing Mailboxes and Routing Mailboxes
9-16 are Announcement Mailboxes.
Step 2 To record the Announcement Message:
2.1 See Operation below.
✔By default, a message is not recorded.
Step 3 To have IntraMail hang up after playing the Announcement Mailbox message (without provid-
ing additional dialing options):
3.1 47-09-03: Hang Up After on page 221.
- Enter 1 (Yes - enabled) to have IntraMail hang up after the announcement.
✔By default, this option is disabled (0).
