Entering local area codes will strip the “1” in front of the area code
that might be saved in the Outlook Contact information.
Seven digit dialing needs to be selected in areas that local calls
do not require area codes.
Long Distance Prefix will add a predefined number to Outlook
contact information with area codes not listed in the Local Area
Codes field.
Trunk Access Code can be used to add a defined number to
the front of a saved Outlook number to access an external line.
User List
From the Administration page, the User List can be used to display
all active users setup in the system by selecting the Display All Users
link in the left column. From the Display All User link on the left side
of the page, individual users can be deleted from the XML
Application Suite, therefore, denying access from viewing XML
content on an XML terminal and from the XML Application Suite web
login.
