Command Transmit:
Select the Command Transmit to use (Send Once, Immediately or Send
Until Successful - see page 1-14). Send Until Successful will send the
command until a terminal is free and accepts the command. Send Once,
Immediately will send the command once and if the terminal is busy, the
command is not processed.
IP Phone Information:
IP Phone Information is a search tool to help organize a large database of
terminals into more manageable groupings. Terminals can be grouped in
categories by Type, Hardware Version, or the Firmware Version of the
terminals.
When both the hardware version and firmware version are selected to search
upon, the search results will only display those terminals which match both
criteria. Clicking the Refresh button will clear the search results and display all
the terminals.
If a new terminal type definition is required, click on the Edit button. On this
screen details on the new terminal type can be entered. From the IPPhone
Name drop-down list, select the last blank entry. This will allow you to create a
new entry (a maximum of 8 additional terminals can be added).
Enter the terminal name, hardware version (a version of 09.02.03.00 should
be entered without decimals, as 09020300), and firmware file name. Click the
Confirm or OK button.
