 Ground the instrument by all means.

WARNING

Note the following precautions to prevent electric shock.

Before connecting the unit to perform measurements, always connect the

protective grounding terminal to a grounding contact.

This instrument’s protective grounding terminal is the grounding plug pin of

the mains supply cord.
