Preview Options for Movie Picture Modes
(a View Assist)
The display can be adjusted for ease of viewing when a movie-only picture mode
option ([k Flat] or [l OM-Log400]) is selected.
On Adjust the picture for ease of viewing. The indicators in the display may change color.
Off Do not adjust the picture for ease of viewing.
1 Press the MENU button to display the menus.
2 Highlight [n Display Settings] in the n video menu
and press I on the arrow pad.
3 Highlight [a View Assist] using the FG buttons
and press the I button.
4 Highlight an option using the FG buttons and
press the OK button.
5 Press the MENU button repeatedly to exit the
menus.
• This option applies only to the display, not to the actual movie fi les.
• This option does not apply when movies recorded using [k Flat] or [l OM-Log400] are
played back on the camera. It also does not apply when the movies are viewed on a TV.
