5. To delete a segment:
a. Select an adjacent segment and press Edit.
b. Change the start time or end time so the adjacent segment covers the
segment you are deleting.
c. Optionally, change the value for the resulting longer segment.
d. Press Save, then Save, then Done.
Rename a Basal Program
To rename a Basal Program:
1. Home > Settings > Basal programs
2. Highlight the Basal Program you would like to rename and press Select.
3. Highlight Rename and press Select.
4. Enter the new name (see "Entering text" on page 6) and press Save.
Make a new Basal Program from an existing Basal Program
To create a new Basal Program by copying an existing one:
1. Home > Settings > Basal programs
2. Highlight the Basal Program you would like to copy, and press Select.
3. Highlight Copy and press Select.
Note: If you already have seven Basal Programs, you must rst delete an
existing Basal Program before you can create a copy (see "Delete a Basal
Program" on page 67).
4. Enter a unique name for the new Basal Program (see "Entering text" on page
6) and press Next. A screen appears showing the renamed Basal Program
with the original basal segments.
5. To edit or add new segments to create the new Basal Program follow the on-
screen instructions or see "Adding time segments" on page 19.
Delete a Basal Program
You can only delete a Basal Program that is not running; you cannot delete the
active Basal Program. To delete a Basal Program:
1. Home > Settings > Basal programs
2. Highlight the Basal Program you would like to delete, and press Select.
3. Highlight Delete, then press Select, then press Delete
