I/O Check The I/O check flowchart is based on the following ladder diagram section.

Check the voltage at the

Disconnect the external wires
and check the conductivity of
each wire.

Check output device
SOL1.
Operation OK?
Replace the CPU Unit Ex
pansion Unit, or Expansion
I/O Unit with the problem.
