Use the manual to help you plan the following:
Installation
Know your requirements:
• certification requirements, CE/UL/CUL conformance
• conformance with local installation requirements
• supply and cabling requirements
Operation
Know your operator:
• how is it to be operated, local and/or remote?
• what level of user is going to operate the unit?
• decide on the best menu level for the Keypad (where supplied)
Programming (using the 890 DSE Configuration Tool)
Know your application:
• create/install the most appropriate Application
• enter a password to guard against illicit or accidental changes
• customise the keypad to the application
