Check for signs of transit damage
Check the product code on the rating label conforms to your requirement.
If the unit is not being installed immediately, store the unit in a well-ventilated place away from high
temperatures, humidity, dust, or metal particles.
Storage and Shipping Temperatures
Storage Temperature :
-25°C to +55°C
Shipping Temperature :
-25°C to +70°C
Refer to Appendix E: “Technical Specifications” to check the rating label/product code.
Refer to Chapter 11: “Routine Maintenance and Repair” for information on returning damaged goods.
Packaging and Lifting Details
Caution
The packaging is combustible. Igniting it may lead to the generation of lethal toxic fumes.
Save the packaging in case of return. Improper packaging can result in transit damage.
Use a safe and suitable lifting procedure when moving the unit. Never lift the unit by its terminal
connections.
Prepare a clear, flat surface to receive the drive before attempting to move it. Do not damage any
terminal connections when putting the unit down.
