To clear a stalled envelope in the feeder area (DM400c):
1. Open the feeder cover and lift the feeder clearance lever two
clicks to the fully upright postion remove mail under the feeder
rollers.

2. If necessary to gain access to the material, remove the moistener
assembly.

3. Reinstall moistener, lower clearance lever and close the feeder
cover.
