.IMPORTANT:
Do not remove mail without lifting the clearance lever.
To clear stalled envelope in the feeder/WOW area (DM475):
1. Open the feeder/WOW cover.

2. Raise the moistener clearance lever two clicks to the fully upright
postion remove mail under the feeder rollers.
3. If necessary to gain access to the material, push down on the blue
button and slide the moistener assembly out of the deck.
