To clear stalled envelope in the feeder/WOW area (DM475):
4. Raise the feeder/WOW clearance lever.

Lift the blue feeder clearance lever
.IMPORTANT:
Do not remove mail without lifting the clearance lever.
5. Lower all levers and close the feeder/WOW cover.
