STATOR / ALTERNATOR INSTALLATION
1. Reverse the “Stator / Alternator Removal” procedure
to reinstall the stator.
2. Use the following steps to ensure proper assembly.
3. Torque the stator and wire guide bolts to
specification.
4. Install new O-rings on the coolant pipe and lightly
lubricate for ease of installation.
5. Torque the (8) stator cover bolts to specification
using the torque sequence provided.
